Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made within a short window. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email hi@plushkiss.com as soon as possible.

How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take slightly longer due to customs clearance.

Do you offer discreet shipping?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging — your privacy is always our priority.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package’s journey.

💰 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
