Returns & Refunds Policy
At Plush Kiss, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to make it right — quickly, kindly, and discreetly.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your product (if eligible) for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred product.
